
The problem the client had here was too many damaged boxes during mailing. They wanted 2 solutions. One where they would have a box under 12oz for better postal prices. Another with no considerations, other than minimum damage during mailing.
The structure above is one that should have more protection during mailing and has what is needed to be under 12oz. The other below is a triangular structure, designed to have really good structural integrity during mailing with least damage to itself and the product inside.
