The challenge with this structure was to securely place a product in a box larger then needed to snugly fit the bottles. The client insisted on a larger box to secure more impact on the shelves. That meant more room for the bottles to move inside the box. So, they had to be restrained in place. The product placement in the box is done manually, by hand, so an extra flap was added to hold the bottles in place inside the box. It also allows for the bottle to be fitted into the securing flap and then to be inserted into the formed box.
